ayam percik kelantan

Now I will tell another food that is very delicious and famous in Kelantan and its known among Malaysian. That is no other than “Ayam Percik”. I will give you the recipe for the delicious chicken and if we made it ourselves its much tastier, and cheaper. There are to different type of ayam percik, one is white and one is red. But I only show you the white one. Hope you like it.
Bahan2nya: Bahan2nya:
1 chicken is quite large (4 and the cut-kelar kelar so little cooking water dalammya and ditoskan)
Bahan A: Material A: (diblender with little water)
3 stems lemon grass
2 inch ginger
3 seed garlic
4 seed onion
Bahan B: Material B:
1 1 / 2 cup sour water condensed Javanese
7 tablespoons sugar
enough salt
Bahan C: Material C:
6 tbsp dried chili that has been in the blender (if less spicy tak nak sikit)
1 cawan santan pekat 1 cup coconut milk concentrate

Heat pan and oil enter. A Tumiskan material until quite dry and fragrant. Enter sugar enter the water when relatively concentrated acid Java. Let boil and enter the chicken. Stir well.
Add salt, let cook chicken half enter new dry chili. When you enter the boiling coconut milk concentrate. When half concentrated sauce, remove chicken just another former kedalan. Stir the sauce a splash live up to concentrate. Close fire.
Now let the chicken grilled just as little sauce poured over chicken just splash. (Do not burn too long just because the chicken has been cooked already)
When ready to be served chicken with special splash kuahnya.
