nasi kerabu

For knowledge, nasi kerabu have various colors. white rice can be used. The most popular color blue. If in kelantan called nasi kerabu black and yellow rice called kerabu stir. If the blue tu usually use a flower. People here call kerabu rice flower ... It seems as if the morning flower series blue tu as fruit and nuts sepat. When added when boiling rice, flowers will continue to melt and produce rice blue. But rice kerabunya still called RICE SEED KERABU.
BUT, kat most cities now, they use dye and blue dye into the pot tu with rice and water by measure and cook as usual.

NASI Kerabu Recipe
4 pot rice

This dish can be served with relish-dish favorites such as rendang, ayam masak merah, kurma, kerutuk and other favorite dish.
SAMBAL KELAPA SAMBAL Kiaracondong
½ coconut grated

6 tbsp dried chili that has been in the blender (if less spicy tak nak sikit)
1 cawan santan pekat 1 cup coconut milk concentrate
Cara2nya: Cara2nya:
Heat pan and oil enter. A Tumiskan material until quite dry and fragrant. Enter sugar enter the water when relatively concentrated acid Java. Let boil and enter the chicken. Stir well.

1. Ramai orang berpangkat besar. Kalo org Kuala Lipis bangga dgn Tok Ti dia, org Kelate besusun2 Tok-Tok ni. Tak larat nak kira.
Tok Bide – bidan.
Tok Hngulu – Penghulu.
Tok Ggawo – Penggawa.
Tok Llaki – suami. Oh Abe~~~
Tok Tuwo – mentua.
Tok Pek – Apek.
Tok Char – sami
Tok Wok – gemuloh Chek kawe. Hahaha.
Tok Sekhkkhkh – ygjjual kapet naik moto masuk kampung.
Tok Peraih – peraih.
Tok Bok – nama sebuah tempat di Machang.
Tok Kong Tonggek – taktau sapa. Tapi femes la dia ni.
2. Banyak makanan pelik.

3. Perkataan yg mencarut di negeri/tempat lain:
Kote – kalo dalam dialek kelate, kote maksudnya tua. Biasa direfer pada kelapa. “Awe weh, acu ambik nyor kote tu sebutir, Ma nokwat ggular ni.
Patat – maksudnya dasar. “Wak kopi lagu mano ni gulo bbolok patat gelah”. Satu lagi maksud dia bahagian latar kain sarung. Kalu sebut ayat ni di Perak harus kena belasah “Kak, acu mari bukok kain nok tengok patat”.
4. Perkataan berganding dengan nama binatang:
Gugha bewok – gurauan yg kurang sen0n0h “Baso ni nyo wat gugha bewok gitu”.
Selok kero – keadaan kalau kantoi “Sudoh doh la, selok kero doh kito kali ni. Abah tahu kito curi pitih dio”.
Kuba bala – menyeranah secara manja-manja “Baso ni, kuba bala la… Aku dok tunggu mu 15 jae dop sapa2, lepo2 nyo gi tido!”
5. Perkataan yang susah di translet:
Kembae – ayat “Mu nok make ko mugo ni? Dopleh aku, kembae beraso”.
Jangok – ayat “Jangok weh Kak Yah tu nokgi mano?”
Kiyya – ayat “Dopsey la aku lalu depe Ronaldino tu, aku kiyya~”
Kemah! – ayat “Bulih no. 1? Kemah!!!”
6. Pekataan banyak makna:
Ssumbak – 1) “Ssumbak doh eh sing ni. Baru jah bekki kemaring”. 2) “Aku kato gi KB Mall, nyo gi Tesco. Ssumbak molek”.
Ssero – 1) “Dop ssero gapo2 pom gular ayae ni. Mu boh gare doh ko ni?” 2) “Aku ssero la nger Yati tu. Bedooh lalu kato kakku gitu”. 3) “Mu ssero kae, sapo benae tanding bole male ni?”
